Hello and Welcome!
This is a simple little blog for any one with even the most passing of interests in paleontology! Each day I will post a fossil animal, from the tiniest of bugs to giant dinosaurs. My expertise is in fossil mammals, but I will try to not over sample from the clade. I’ll post an actual fossil images and a reconstruction, when I can, for every entry. If you’d like to request a specific group is highlighted or if you want an elaboration about something I posted, just send me an ask!
